Acetum wine vinegar is a product that combines the highest quality, guaranteed by the experience of Acetum, practicality and care for the environment. It is obtained via two integrated systems: a traditional system involving natural, slow fermentation in large wooden vats over vine-shoots (the “Trucciolo” system) and a more modern system involving fast fermentation in steel containers (the Frings method). Acetum wine vinegar is accurately selected and only the highest quality is bottled in completely-recyclable PET bottles with a paper label. A modern system fed by clean energy guarantees an annual production capacity of more than 15 million bottles: large numbers, with a quality that is checked with great attention to detail.

Acetum has established itself as a leader in the production of high-quality wine vinegars, and demonstrates this perfectly with its “Selected Range”. Wine vinegars that have been produced with great attention to detail, products beginning with selected varieties of Chianti, Cabernet, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Lambrusco, with exceptionally high-quality organoleptic characteristics.

ORGANIC WINE VINEGAR
WITH MOTHER

A special range, dedicated to those in search of a healthy diet: organic wine vinegar with mother combines the inimitable aroma of Acetum wine vinegar with the beneficial and natural properties of the mother, a substance consisting of natural enzymes and bacteria, which allow the whole process of fermentation to take place, transforming grape juice into vinegar. These vinegars are neither filtered nor pasteurised, preserving all the properties that render them a valuable ally for our health.

Characteristics

Their unique taste is accompanied by valuable properties that are beneficial and healthy; a fresh product that contains antibacterial properties, favours digestion, reduces excess fat in cells, aids the promotion of healthy skin and helps to calm an inflamed throat.
