Characteristics

The delicate and fruity taste is recommended for dressing and adding flavour to a wide variety of dishes, including salmon and pork carpaccio, sweet and sour vegetables, salads and fruit salads, oysters and prawns, cheeses as well as for creating glazes, dressings, marinades and – why not? – drinks, cocktails and mocktails.

A delicate natural condiment, obtained from the sweetest and juiciest fruits, accurately selected at the right point of ripening, mixed and left to decant. Grape must, aged wine vinegar and real fruit puree – the only ingredients used – are processed as little as possible to preserve all the characteristics and celebrate the most natural and authentic flavour.

Available in different aromas: raspberry, pomegranate, cranberry, strawberry, prune, fig, peach, mango and apple.
