Acetum combines the best of tradition and innovation: our unique R&D department is equipped with the most modern tools – which has allowed for the development of new products, such as the first glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, the first organic apple cider vinegar with mother glaze and the first organic glaze 100% vitis Vinifera – and works every day, side by side with our cellarmen, who are experts in the art of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO.
