BLAZE® Blaze® is the first glaze made with Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP ready to use. The product respects the traditional quality of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, adding the thickness and homogeneity needed to decorate and garnish the most refined dishes. Available in bottles of 215 ml (cartons of 12) and 380 ml (cartons of 6).
